Twas The Night Before Christmas...

'Twas the night before Christmas, when all thro' the house
Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse;
The stockings were hung by the chimney with care,
In hopes that St. Nicholas soon would be there;
The children were nestled all snug in their beds,
While visions of sugar plums danc'd in their heads,

  1. Hello Tee and Christmas cheer to you and family. Thankyou for the poem, I've never read it to the end before, it really conjurs up the vision of the special night - Christmas eve.
    Take care,

She is in the resthome with my mum and we took her out with us for christmas dinner at my sons. when she opened it tears poured down her cheeks. thought i would share that with you because WE made an old lady very happy today and thats what christmas is all about. hugs Sherryn xx
